Start a document in google docs and add in phone numbers that we have gotten from ASU folks as points of contact in case of $X, raptors, etc.
Share document with list.
PRINT DAY BEFORE and/or send out copies via email. We can keep adding things as we find them pertinent up to that point.

I added phone numbers to that page, and also a list of all our assigned rooms for good measure. Robyn, we might want to have contact numbers for Catering on that as well as any Memorial Union number you've been calling.
