#215 Create a front page to show some major information for freshmaker

This front page could show these information to users

a brief introduction of freshmaker with the beautiful logo
a list of available APIs

It would be good to give a theme to the page. Maybe fedora-bootstrap?

For the theme, patternfly could be a good bet too.

Whatever we do, let's try and do it in a way that could be reused between MBS, ODCS, Freshmaker, waiverdb, and greenwave... if possible. They are all currently API-only flask apps.
