As an admin I want to be able to set the real name of the sender of password expiration emails to something else than "IPA-EPN".
We regularly receive support requests because people think something named "IPA-EPN" sending emails with sender address of the IT department must be spam.
Sender is "IPA-EPN" itdepartment@company.com
Sender is e.g. "IT Department" itdepartment@company.com
$ rpm -q freeipa-server freeipa-client ipa-server ipa-client 389-ds-base pki-ca krb5-server
Any additional information, configuration, data or log snippets that is needed for reproduction or investigation of the issue.

I have made a PR for that here: https://github.com/freeipa/freeipa/pull/6715
Although I'm pretty sure this works right away, I'd need some support in testing and probably linting it.
