I'm Unable to login with the windows users i created. Whenever i attempt to login, I'm greeted with a message saying the user has no right to login because it is not in the Remote desktop group. I can confirm that the users are both in the remote desktop group on windows server.

We use issues for tracking bugs and RFEs, not for end-user support. Can you report this against our mailing list at https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/freeipa-users@lists.fedorahosted.org/
If you're having problems using a windows user to log into a windows system then its unlikely that IPA has anything to do with this.
