Currently the cli makes an assumption that you mean "ipa help" when you type "ipa"

Similarly, it would be nice if the plugins functioned the same way by the cli.

"ipa help hbac" assumed from "ipa hbac"

or

"ipa help hbacrule" assumed from "ipa hbacrule"

Current a 'not found' error is generated when you do "ipa hbac" at the cli since no command exists with that name.

It would be useful and add significant value if the cli were to catch these for the various plugins.
