I follow the "how to" guide that you recommend to create a user and set custom attributes => https://blog.cubieserver.de/2018/synology-nas-samba-nfs-and-kerberos-with-freeipa-ldap/ Is it not possible to put several arguments ? Is there something I'm doing wrong ?
1.$ ipa user-add frankdoe --first=Frank --last=Doe --password --addattr=sambaSID=S-1-5-21-122 --addattr=sambaAcctFlags=[U ]
ipa: ERROR: la commande « user_add » prend au plus 1 argument
The account should be created with custom attributes
$ rpm -q freeipa-server freeipa-client ipa-server ipa-client 389-ds-base pki-ca krb5-server le paquet freeipa-server n'est pas installé le paquet freeipa-client n'est pas installé ipa-server-4.9.2-4.module_el8.4.0+846+96522ed7.x86_64 ipa-client-4.9.2-4.module_el8.4.0+846+96522ed7.x86_64 389-ds-base-1.4.3.16-19.module_el8.4.0+884+e9b25896.x86_64 pki-ca-10.10.5-3.module_el8.4.0+816+beb6e9a3.noarch krb5-server-1.18.2-8.el8.x86_64 CentOS8
The brackets are being interpreted by the shell in sambaAcctFlags. Quote them:
$ ipa user-add frankdoe --first=Frank --last=Doe --password --addattr=sambaSID=S-1-5-21-122 --addattr=sambaAcctFlags="[U ]"
