Fedora (not RHEL) has the caddy package, an HTTP server with build in ACME support. We should test caddy against the FreeIPA ACME service (just like we do for certbot and mod_md).

It also has dehydrated and acme-tiny which may also be suitable to test with.
This is a testing-only change** but builds confidence that the FreeIPA ACME service works for diverse clients.
** unless it uncovers problems... but that is why we test!
