#8549 User lock is not replicated

Issue

Hi everyone,

I have have an architecture with two instances that replicate each other.
When an account is locked from one I noticed that it's not locked on the other one.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make attempt until the account is locked on one instance
  2. Login on the other instance

Actual behavior

You can actually log in and even unlock yourself you have the right to do it

Expected behavior

You should not being able to log in

Version/Release/Distribution
