Currently the tree contains both the new baseldap-based DNS2 plugin and the legacy one. We should get rid of the old one as it confuses QA (and would confuse users).
We need to: - port the remaining parts of freeipa to the new API. This includes installer and the host plugin - remove the old dns plugin, then rename the dns2 plugin to dns
