FreeOTP is going to display an image and a color associated with a token issued by a token provider. Since FreeIPA provides own 2FA tokens, it needs to allow customizing this information as part of an URI of a token.

Specifically, FreeIPA needs to provide the following two parameters:

Both of these parameters should be configurable realm-wide by the administrator. FreeIPA should also provide defaults which highlight FreeIPA branding (see issue #7633).
