The build dependency lesscpy is the last dependency that uses Python 2. py3-lesscpy 0.10 doesn't build FreeIPA's CSS code, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1584773. lesscpy 0.13.0 has been submitted to rawhide, https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1090806

I have added the new build to our master COPR and requested an update for F28.
