Request for enhancement

https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8398 defines the SmtpUTF8Mailbox otherName variant
for representing internationalised email addresses (i.e. where the local part is non-ASCII;
IDN are already supported by rfc822Name).

We should add support for this in FreeIPA.

Expected behavior

CSR with SmtpUTF8Mailbox in SAN should be processed, checking values against the subject principal and propagating values to the final certificate.
