Request for enhancement

As admin, I want to tune settings used during ipa-server-install but I don't know how to do that, and can't find any documentation.

Issue

There is no documentation about the file /etc/ipa/installer.conf and the settings it can contain.

See the issue #6268 Extend 'startup_timeout' in ipalib/constants.py for ARM Processors.

Add any settings to the default.conf man page

Update the ipa-server-install man page to indicate that it is possible to create /etc/ipa/installer.conf to override or provide settings during an initial installation.
