#7236 Task: investigate usages of nss dbs in FreeIPA if they use explicit nss format to handle automatic update of nss db to sql format.

Fedora 27 will automatically migrate all nss dbs to sql format.

Investigate if it will break FreeIPA on f27 and later by:

check if FreeIPA uses explicit DB format somewhere when using nssdb
check if it affects ipa-custodia as It uses pk12util to access NSS database
