#7156 RFE - Disable compat plugin on replica

When creating a new replica, it would be nice to have ipa-replica-install disable the compat plugin if it is disabled on the master.

Do I understand it correctly that the idea is that newly install replica should follow compat plugin configuration from master. I.e. enable if enabled, disable if disabled?
