After recent changes, which allows to modify actions in search facet, there is concatenation of arrays performed. In case that spec does not have any actions from the beginning then the result actions array contains item which is undefined.

This might be easily checked and avoided. However this should not cause any issue, it just might be a place for future hard-to-debug errors.
