#7045 Error is not very descriptive of the real problem when failing to join a domain due to clock skewing
Closed: wontfix 5 years ago by rcritten. Opened 6 years ago by ogutierrez.

When joining a domain and client or server machine have a big enough clock skewing, IPA client fails to join domain and drops different errors: "Can not identify master as IPA server" or "Kerberos ticket is not valid yet" are the ones I seen in different cases, but none of that errors give a clue about the real problem that is the clock skewing.

It should be nice to have that in the error messages if it is detected, or at least suggested as a possible way to fix the problem.
