FreeIPA client package should own %{python_sitelib}/ipaclient/plugins directory. There is missing declaration in specfile, which was fixed in 548014f and should be backported to 4.4 and 4.5
%{python_sitelib}/ipaclient/plugins
Please note that there might be multiple missing directories and we need check missing declarations in specfile.
