#6497 Misleading error message in replica_conn_check()

When the setup of a replica fails because of a failed ssh login attempt as admin on the master, the following error message is printed out:

"Please fix your network settings according to error messages above."

This is misleading, because the failed login could also be because of hbac rules defined on the server where the admin does not have access to connect to the server using ssh.
