Trying to run ipa-server-install fails if the DNS in resolv.conf times out.
error:
exception: RuntimeError: DNS server 127.0.0.1: query '.SOA': The DNS operation timed out after 10.000000972 seconds

triage notes: not urgent, in POCs and Demos it i very common to have a messed up DNS configuration, that is why we install DNS there

I cant reproduce this with 4.7.2. With nameserver 127.0.0.1 and tested with and without an entry in /etc/hosts a basic service is installable (no DNS was selected, obviously).

I suspect we can close this.
