Currently the code that handles apache/directory server/KDC SSL certificates and required configuration changes is scattered in different places in server and replica installers.
The service installers should to this configuration only after dogtag CA is installed succesfully and they should be grouped together so that the SSL configuration is located in one place.

FreeIPA 4.7 has been released, moving to FreeIPA 4.7.1 milestone
