#6300 Remove the assertion of incorrect return code from replica_promotion tests

Due to a known bug in ipa installer #3230, the uninstallation of a middle replica in the line topology returns 0 even when it fails. The aforementioned bug requires a huge refactoring to be fixed, so we need to tweak the test to expect returncode 0 instead of 1
