#6091 [CI test]: improve DNS locations test

I provided basic CI test for DNS locations that tests system SRV records. Located in: "ipatests/test_integrations/test_dns_locations.py"

Missing parts are:

testing NTP system records
testing ADTrust system records
testing ipa-ca (A/AAAA) records
