Description of problem: Change service name from portmap to rpcbind displayed
on console.

How reproducible:Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. ipa-server-install
2. Enable nis plugin on the ipa-server using the below command.

#ipa-nis-manage enable -y /tmp/paswd.txt

3. Now check the message displayed on the console.

Actual results:

[root@host2 ~]# ipa-nis-manage enable -y /tmp/paswd.txt
Enabling plugin
This setting will not take effect until you restart Directory Server.
The portmap service may need to be started.

Expected results:
portmap service is renamed as rpcbind hence the service name should be updated.

i.e 'The rpcbind service may need to be started'
