Simo pointed out that since the v1 packages are directly upgradable to v2 simply by installing the new packages so we need a way to prevent them both from being installed.
He has suggested we rename the current packages to use an ipa2 prefix (ipa2-server, etc).
The recommendation is to use "freeipa" for Fedora and keep ipa name for other distros.
