A new automated test for the following issues is needed:

- Ticket #4986: Web UI misses check box to create a user without private group
- Ticket #5505: Creating a user w/o private group fails when doing so in WebUI

Related UI patch - GID number text field 2361ac1 , was pushed only to master - 4.4, therefore moving to 4.4

Sorry I meant #4986, it is in 4.3 and 4.2 too, because it was pushed to master 11 months ago
