we have defined
IPAREPLICA_CA_INSTALL_LOG = "/var/log/ipareplica-ca-install.log"
which is not used, ipa-ca-install logs into ipaserver-ca-install.log
mbasti are you sure? I see it defined and used in ipa-ca-install, or am I mistaken?
Replying to [comment:2 rga]:
Yes, it is used there, but this log is replaced later in main method by ipaserver-ca-install.log
See https://www.redhat.com/archives/freeipa-devel/2016-March/msg00227.html for patches.
This is actually regression, ipareplica-ca-install.log should be used instead of ipaserver-ca-install.log
well with ipaserver-ca-install.log should be still used for logging on master when caless install is updated to cafull install. Because master and replica are equivalent we should use generic log ipa-ca-install.log on each server (#5728)
Moving to future releases where the other logging tickets are.
