When trying to create a user w/o a private group in the UI, there is an input
field missing which should provide another primary group as a primary group is
mandatory.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Identity -> Users -> Add
2. Fill in the form and check the box "No private group"
3. Click add
4. Get an error dialog box reading "IPA Error 4001: NotFound" and "Default
group for new users is not POSIX"

Actual results:
Error as in step 4

Expected results:
The user add form should have a field (or searchbox) to provide a posix group
