#5500 Use priority of SRV records to detect to which IPA-server should be RPCclient connected

Currently client connect to server specified in default.conf as first and if connection fail, it tries to connect on servers using SRV records in random order.

With incoming DNS locations feature may be useful to:
1. sort IPA servers by priority (do query only when configured server is not responding)
2. without specified default IPA server in default.conf, just rely on SRV records
