With replica promotion we are able to remove just replica and keep the original client, thus ipa-replica-manage del should not remove client related records (A/AAAA/SSHFP) of the replica when domain_level > 0.
My bad, I thought that uninstallation of promoted replica should leave client, but I hit this bug #5410
