#5380 ipa-replica-manage: no way to show traceback on unexpected error

If ipa-replica-manage encounters an unexpected exception it prints the error but doesn't allow to write a traceback.

e.g.:

unexpected error: list index out of range

There should be a way to get a traceback - e.g. when --verbose option is used.
