#5320 ipa-replica-install prints incorrect error message when replica is already installed on the machine

Steps to reproduce:
1. install replica
1. try to install replica again on the same machine

Result:

[root@vm-221 ~]# ipa-replica-install /home/mbasti/replica-info-vm-211.example.com.gpg -U
ipa.ipapython.install.cli.install_tool(Replica): ERROR    IPA client is already configured on this system.
Please uninstall it first before configuring the replica, using 'ipa-client-install --uninstall'.

Expected:
Installer should print message that server is already installed on the machine
