#5309 ipa-replica-manage del should also check connectivity for ipaca suffix

with the topology plugin in use ipa-replica-manage del now checks if the removal of a replcia would disconnect the topology.
But this check is only done for the realm suffix, it should also be done for the ipaca (or any other) suffix
