Support for deleted -> stage workflow is missing. This is a strong request from IT.

Implemented in stageuser-add --from-delete command. This command has issues described in #5145. One fix from the ticket:

ipa-4-2:

  • 10e43f8 ULC: Fix stageused-add --from-delete command

stageuser-add --from-delete will be deprecated and replaced by a separate command.
