This should be a separate service not a part of core IPA. Sort of a satellite project to core IPA.
The use case is similar to what is requested in #3613. The details of the flow are: - Use comes to a site and click a link/button to register - A login form provided by IPA user registration project is displayed - User fills a form user name, mail, full name (other fields can be added in future) and enters captcha. - System sends him a url to password reset form. Url should be valid for configurable time. - User clicks the link and gets to the page where he sets password with confirmation. - Page should give a hint about password policy. - User is redirected to the configured page
The main consumers of this features are public community projects that need people to self-register with as less hassle as possible.
