Ticket was cloned from Red Hat Bugzilla (product Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7): Bug 1185410

Description of problem:
A ssh key cannot be added with idoverrideuser-add:

[root@sideswipe ~]# ipa idoverrideuser-add 'default trust view'
aduser1@adtest.qe --uid 960600030 --sshpubkey 'ssh-rsa AAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXX
root@sideswipe.ipasync.test'
ipa: ERROR: attribute "ipaSshPubKey" not allowed

Nevertheless it is working as expected with idoverrideuser-mod
