#4832 Move localization from Transifex to Zanata

As agreed on the freeipa-devel thread, just like Fedora core and project, the FreeIPA project will move it's translation project to Zanata.

Part of the move is:

  • Adding Zanata configuration to the FreeIPA git
  • Removing old Transifex related scripts or configuration
  • Adding script for uploading POT/downloading PO files
  • Adding translation as a step to http://www.freeipa.org/page/Release

Do before 4.2 release to load new translations.

I consider the transition complete, Tomas already poked for translations and they are now being worked on by the translators community.

  • c6e6b21 l10n: Add configuration file for Zanata
  • 12b053d l10n: Update translation strings
