Implement certificate profile create / read / update / delete CLI commands.

For creation, it should be possible for most of the command to be data driven. The various inputs, outputs and constraints and their parameters can be retrieved from Dogtag, and users should be able to list them and choose the desired components, providing values for the required parameters and other parameters they wish to configure.
