add example for automatic renewal
add example for manual renewal for IPA server installed with --external-ca
I'm not sure if those two are best added to Test Plan or maybe Feature Management?
please indicate where renewal notifications go? email? logs?
please indicate when/where ipa-certupdate is needed on clients to pull renewed certs.
In examples be sure to indicate that multiple certs will be seen and this is expected behavior.
To someone new to the feature and/or certificate management in general some of this is not always intuitive.
