Recently a new NSS database was added in /etc/ipa/nssdb. It is not backed up by ipa-backup. The ipa command will fail on systems restored from backup:

cannot connect to 'https://vm-136.idm.lab.bos.redhat.com/ipa/session/json': (SEC_ERROR_LEGACY_DATABASE) The certificate/key database is in an old, unsupported format.

Regression by #3259 which needs to be fixed before 4.1 GA.
