Currently we hard-code the size of the OTP validation window. This should be configurable.

This work did not fit in 4.1 window - postponing to 4.2.

Unlink from downstream 4.1 RFE bug, this was postponed.

Given that a patch is ready, we should consider this enhancemenet for 4.1.x.

FreeIPA 4.1.1 was released.

4.1.2 was released.
