Passing {rights: True} to a ipa passwd_show needs to return the effective rights list as it does for the baseldap objects
What do you want to do for the global policy case? There will be no cospriority value. I don't have one to return.

I guess it doesn't really matter since there is no priority with global policy.
So if you are querying a group you get cospriority, otherwise it is excluded.

Still need the rights for global_policy, as the UI gets the rights with each -show. Without this, webUI will be broken.
