CA chaining tool (design) was closed (tickets #3737, #3259, #3520).
As this feature can be fragile, we need to add CI tests to test at least the basic workflows on the server and (manual) update of CA cert on the client.
Postponing test automation after 4.1 GA.

4.1.4 was released, moving to new milestone
