#4426 [RFE] SELinux user map order could list users as list, not as dollar-separated long string, and when defining SELinux user map, it could offer the users instead of forcing the admin to type

In /ipa/ui/#/e/config/details, IPA Server > Configuration > part SELinux Options, the content of the SELinux user map order textfield can grow long quickly. It'd be nicer to list the users as vertical list.

In /ipa/ui/#/e/selinuxusermap/search, Policy > SELinux User Maps > Add, the SELinux User textfield could offer selection of the users from that SELinux user map order list because it requires the value to match anyway.

It would be nice to make this multi-valued in the API, too
