#428 handle 401 from JSON RPC

If the Auth times out or for other reasons is no longer valid, we need to correctly identify this to the user.

THe response will come back with an response code of 401 (Authorization Required). We need to pop up a modal that tells the user to reestablish their Kerberos credentials and refresh the browser.
