#427 the default subject name for certs should reflect the REALM name, not O=IPA

There is an option to use --subject to set a different cert subject, but users will most probably find out only too late once the realm is already in stalled and active.

By using the realm name we make it more unique and less likely to cause confusion.
Also make the description of the selfsigned CA, if used, to use the REALM name
