#4153 ipa-kdb never refreshes global configuration

Closed: Fixed None Opened 10 years ago by npmccallum.

Configuration is loaded from cn=ipaConfig,cn=etc,$SUFFIX on startup, but never refreshed. This means that the KDC must be restarted to pick up changes from ipa-kdb.
