#4080 Fix incorrect path in the error message on sysrestore failure

When a failure when attempting to restore everything from the sysrestore occurs,
the following message is printed out:

ipa         : ERROR    Some installation state for pki-tomcatd has not been restored, see /var/lib/ipa/sysrestore/sysrestore.state
ipa         : ERROR    Some installation state has not been restored.
This may cause re-installation to fail.
It should be safe to remove /var/lib/ipa/sysrestore.state but it may
mean your system hasn't be restored to its pre-installation state.

The two mentioned paths are different, the correct one is /var/lib/ipa/sysrestore/sysrestore.state
