It seems that dnsrecord-add can't add multiple records at the same time if they are specified per partes, see the example below.
dnsrecord-add
# ipa dnsrecord-add ipa.test xxx --mx-preference=6 --mx-exchanger=first.example. --mx-preference=66 --mx-exchanger=second.example. ipa: ERROR: invalid 'mx_preference': must be an integer
Generally, I'm fine with adding only one record at once, but the error message should be clear.
