We should investigate adding centralized management of cgroups to FreeIPA. There does not currently seem to be a nice way of centrally managing cgroup configuration across multiple machines, and it seems like this would fit nicely with FreeIPA.
There would need to be client side work to used this centralized data. I think that this would fit nicely into SSSD.
